Alfred Xu joined Advent in 2018 as a member of the Portfolio Support Group. Prior to Advent, Alfred led corporate strategy, market intelligence and PMO at the Asia Headquarter of Johnson Controls, a global diversified technology and multi-industrial conglomerate. Before Johnson Controls, Alfred was a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he worked with senior executives of both MNCs and China domestics companies on corporate strategy, growth initiatives and performance improvement projects. Alfred started his career as a strategy analyst with Accenture. Alfred earned his BS in Life Sciences from Fudan University in Shanghai.
