Akshay Alladi joined Advent in 2018. Previously, he was the head of strategy and planning, and the head of premium categories for Ola- a leading mobility & transportation startup in India. Before that, Akshay worked with Flipkart, the leading e-commerce player in India, where he worked in a variety of strategy & operational roles. He began his career with McKinsey & Company where he spent 8 years, where he worked on numerous strategy, operational improvements and revenue acceleration projects across sectors, with a focus on financial services. Akshay holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
