William Fiederlein is Vice President of Business Development at Advantage Capital where he primarily focuses on the origination of state and federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Investments located in South Carolina, Virginia, Nebraska and Arizona. William brings nearly a decade of tax equity investment experience to Advantage. Most recently, he held several roles at National Trust Community Investment Corporation where he facilitated over $180MM of tax equity investments largely concentrated in federal and state Historic and New Markets Tax Credits. Prior to this, he worked for a boutique tax credit syndication and consulting firm where he assisted project sponsors in securing equity through various federal and state tax credit programs. William graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
