Ryan Dressler is a principal at Advantage Capital where he is a member of the expansion and fundraising teams. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan was director of new site development for a national nonprofit leadership organization based in Richmond, Virginia. He has a varied background in sales, strategic growth and early-stage business formation. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
