Richard is a Managing Director in the Asia Pacific direct lending investment team with over 13 years of experience in special situations lending and restructuring in the Asian Credit Markets. Prior to joining ADM Capital, Richard was the Head of Structuring at Double Haven Capital, a Hong Kong-based credit manager, focussing on distressed debt, special situations and private lending. Richard has a legal background and had previously worked in the Restructuring Team at Clifford Chance, Hong Kong. Richard holds a LLB (1st Hons) in Law and French from the University of Dundee, and qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales in 2005.
