Nishu Malhotra is Director at ADM Capital based in Bangalore, India. Nishu has over 16 years of experience in structuring financial solutions around high yield structured debt and quasi equity for mid to large corporates across infrastructure, healthcare, manufacturing and real estate sectors. Prior to joining ADM Capital, Nishu was the Head for Healthcare and Impact Investing Group in IndusInd Bank, having conceptualized these businesses for the bank. In this role, Nishu was responsible for structuring debt solutions for mid-sized companies in social sectors including Healthcare, Clean Energy and Financial Inclusion amongst others, leveraging the bank’s partnerships with DFIs and Multilateral agencies. Nishu began her career in 2005 in corporate banking in ABN AMRO Bank India as a credit analyst. In 2009 Nishu moved to IndusInd Bank where she was a lead member in establishing the Corporate client group in North India. Nishu holds a Bachelor in Commerce degree from Delhi University, India and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, India.
