Maggie is a Director at ADM Capital. Maggie is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong. Before joining ADM Capital 2015, Maggie worked at Oldham Li and Nie and Lefèvre Pelletier and Associés, Hong Kong for a few years where she gained substantial experience in advising and handling cross-border corporate commercial and project financing transactions, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investments, and general commercial work. Maggie holds an LL.B. from the Manchester Metropolitan University (HKU Space) and an LL.M. in Chinese Law at Tsinghua University. Before pursuing her legal studies, Maggie received a B.A. with major in Economics from the University of Toronto and a Master in Financial Management from the University of London (HKU Space).
