Diana Nikolova is an Investment Director at ADM Capital Climate, focusing primarily on financial analysis, due-diligence and structuring of transactions. Diana has 18 years of Investment Banking experience and held senior positions at Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch in London responsible for structuring and underwriting bespoke illiquid credit and equity-linked transactions in Emerging Markets. Diana holds a MSc degree from ESCP- EAP business school (three-year, trilingual post-graduate program in Paris, Oxford, Berlin) and BSc degree in Finance from University of Paris.
