Clement is a Director and a member of the Asia-Pacific direct lending team, focused on Greater China private credit. Prior to joining ADM Capital, Clement was a Senior Associate in the Leveraged Finance team at Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited, where he focused on syndicated loans and acquisition financings across Greater China and Southeast Asia for five years. Clement holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Finance from University of Bristol and a Master of Finance from the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
