Christine is a Director in the Greater China team with 21 years' experience in PRC and overseas capital markets. Prior to rejoining ADM Capital in Jun-23, she was partner of Cube Capital, a financial advisory firm serving a wealthy Chinese family and institutional investors on asset management and allocation decisions. Previously, she was Managing Director of Cube Capital in Hong Kong. In addition to managing Cube’s USD fund, she also raised a RMB fund by partnering with China Merchant Bank. Prior, Christine was with CEL, a European private equity fund as investment director and responsible for China deal sourcing and deal execution. She started her career as a corporate finance lawyer with a top Chinese law firm, Haiwen & Partners and later as an investment banker with Mega Capital. Christine holds LLB degrees from China University of Political Science and Law, a LLM degree in commercial law from the University of Birmingham and she received an EMBA degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. Christine is a qualified PRC lawyer.
