Bio

Prior to founding Adiuva Capital, Mr. Osing was a Manager in the Corporate Finance practice of Deloitte & Touche, where he worked on a variety of transactions involving private equity firms and international corporates. Previously, as part of KPMG's M&A team, he advised on transactions in the middle market. During his studies at the University of Cologne, Mr. Osing also spent some time in Tampa, Florida, working as a consultant. He also completed an apprenticeship at Dresdner Bank.
