Piyush has extensive experience in handling Legal Compliance, Taxation, Administration, Accounting and Investor relation for listed and unlisted companies. In his past assignments, he led teams that were in-charge of Financial Planning, MIS, Budgeting, Finalization of Accounts, IPO launches and implementing ERP systems. In his past assignment, he was designated as Management Representative (MR) and member of the core team for ISO implementation and compliances. Piyush is Company Secretary and Manager-Finance at Aditya Birla Private Equity. Piyush holds an Associate Company Secretary (ACS) degree from Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Delhi and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Mumbai, India.
