Feizal Moossa is a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at Adenia. In his current role, he oversees the financial and compliance aspects of Adenia’s funds with a range of responsibilities across fundraising and administration, dealing with banks for financing and treasury management, and compliance, including legal, anti-money laundering and business integrity. He joined Adenia at inception to build the foundation of the financial framework, establishing the compliance and legal function of the fund manager and the various funds. Feizal is passionate and engaged with both the Investment team and the wider team, as well as our portfolio companies to provide ongoing counsel in his field of expertise. He also serves as a member of the AVCA Compliance and Best Practice Committee. Before joining Adenia over 20 years ago, Feizal spent a decade in accountancy, holding manager positions with Deloitte and Ernst & Young. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in the UK.
