Robin leads Adams Street’s Growth Equity Team and focuses primarily on growth investments in Financial Technology. Prior to joining Adams Street, he was a General Partner at 3i in its venture and growth equity funds. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for two venture-backed technology startups in Silicon Valley. He also held positions with McKinsey, J. Sainsbury PLC, and Ernst & Young in London. Robin is Chairman of Adams Street’s Growth Equity Investment Committee and a member of the Executive Committee. He also serves on the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee as a leadership member.
