Elena Pleass is an Associate Director at Adamantem Capital. Prior to joining Adamantem, Elena worked in private equity for two years at TPG Capital in Australia. Prior to this, Elena worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, where she worked across a number of M&A and capital markets transactions in the General Industrials coverage team. Elena holds a Bachelor of Finance and Bachelor of Economics from The Australian National University.
