Fritz combines deep analytical skills of a former strategy consultant with operational experience and human touch. With OnVista, the former McKinsey partner co-founded one of the early Internet and IPO success stories in Germany. Having experienced the ups and downs of establishing a new business from a founder’s perspective, Fritz has a great deal of empathy and respect for the challenges faced by young companies. As a sensitive listener and moderator, his humble and determined approach opens doors remaining closed to others. Prior to Acton, he served as CEO, Business Angel and board member for several internet companies. Fritz brings the combination of entrepreneurial, operating and investment expertise to his portfolio companies. As their mentor, he supports leadership teams in a high growth environment to create sustainable value in the long-run.
