Bio

Antoine joined the management company in April 2017 as an account manager within the Andera Acto team. He is now an Investment Director. He previously spent 3 years as a senior consultant in the Transaction Services team of Ernst & Young in Paris and had several experiences in M&A, within BNP Paribas and Gimar Finance. Antoine served on the board of Time One. He sits on the Supervisory Board of BEA Group, Renaud Distribution, La Financière Tiepolo, Finalease Group Security, Sogetrel and Prenax. He holds a Master’s degree in Management (ESCP Europe) and is a graduate of Sun Yat Sen University in Guangzhou (China). He speaks French and English.
