Anshul Gupta heads up origination at Active and is responsible for shaping the firm’s investment thesis, identifying evolving consumer trends to spot outlier founders and sourcing investment opportunities. He also helps diligence future investments and supports brands once they join the Active family. Anshul has spent the last 10+ years in the consumer internet and tech space, working closely with founders of high-growth businesses. He has worn multiple hats including strategy consulting, investment banking and early stage investing in the UK and India. Originally from Delhi, Anshul now calls London home, and outside of work you’ll find him on the basketball court, cricket pitch or adding to his collection of rare sneakers.
