Victor Schols is Partner at Active Capital Company. Victor has a broad experience in management of manufacturing companies with special focus on operations, strategy, organizational architecture, commercial and the people side of managing labor intense companies. At Active Capital Company Victor closely cooperates with Portfolio Management Teams to align and execute strategic agenda’s. Prior to joining Active Capital Company, Victor was part of the Management Team of various Fokker operating companies in the Netherlands and Mexico and worked in Corporate M&A for Stork B.V. Victor holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering of the TU Delft and finished a fast-track MBA at the Harvard Business School.
