Alexandre has contributed to many transactions including Active Assurances, Alliance Etiquettes, Be Relax, Findis, HR Path, LOOK Cycle and Sport 2000 transactions. He focuses on the B2B services sector. Prior to joining Activa Capital in 2012, he worked for 6 years as a Director at Alvarez & Marsal where he conducted operational and financial improvement assignments on behalf of private equity firms or family-owned companies. Previously, he worked for 4 years at KPMG. Alexandre is a graduate of Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Reims and holds a Master in Business Law from Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne University.
