Nathan works in Actis’ Investor Solutions Group as a fundraising lawyer, responsible for all legal aspects of Actis’ fundraising activities as well as ongoing legal matters in relation to Actis’ investors. Nathan previously worked for Prudential Portfolio Management Group, the Investment Management arm of Prudential, where he held the position of Manager – Senior Legal Counsel for over 3 years. Prior to that role, he worked for Morgan Stanley and Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Nathan has a Bachelor of Law degree from Kings College, London.
