Bio

Fahrin is the Company Secretary at Actis, responsible for the corporate secretariat and governance of the Actis group entities. Fahrin is an experienced governance professional having built a career in financial services. She joined Actis from Willis Towers Watson, having begun her company secretarial career at Addleshaw Goddard LLP. She has worked at both large, listed FTSE 100 organisations (Aviva plc) as well as regulated subsidiaries (Aviva Asia, Bank of Ireland, Willis Limited). Fahrin has a diverse and international background, having worked in Singapore, Hong Kong and Kenya over the course of her career to date. Fahrin is a solicitor and Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute by qualification.
