With exceptional interpersonal skills, Alicia’s career has been focused on the front lines of delivering results on the servicing side of the banking and equipment finance industry. Her extensive experience and detailed eye in loan servicing, account administration, arrears management, and finding workable solutions for clients have helped our small business finance division achieve industry-leading financial results in the challenging near-prime lending sector. Alicia’s experience includes tenures with CIBC, the Credicor Group, and an integral part in the founding and early development of Varion Capital Corp., the predecessor company to Accord Small Business Finance.
