Steve Siwinski is an Operating Principal at Accel-KKR. Prior to Accel-KKR, Steve had 10 years of PE operations experience including roles at High Road Capital and Marlin Equity. At High Road, Steve was the finance operating partner responsible for providing financial leadership to portfolio companies and working across the portfolio to implement financial, operational and strategic best practices. Steve has held multiple roles as a CFO and strategic advisor. Steve started his career at EY where he was a partner in the PE practice and worked with high-growth businesses. Steve has significant experience across the PE investment cycle having worked on 175 transactions, implemented value creation initiatives at numerous companies and supported multiple successful exits. He has deep experience in optimizing financial operations and driving strategy execution to transform investor-backed businesses and create value. Steve received a BS in accounting and finance from Fairfield University and an MBA in finance and management from New York University’s Stern School of Business where he was a Stern Scholar and graduated with honors.
