Jonathan Hill is a Vice President at Accel-KKR and joined Accel-KKR in 2015. Jonathan is involved with Accel-KKR’s investments in Basware, Smart Communications, SugarCRM, Surgical Information Systems (SIS), Tithe.ly Vitu and Vendavo. Jonathan has been involved in the firm’s investments in Unimarket, Cendyn, JAGGAER (sold to Cinven in 2019), Acumatica (sold to IFS in 2019), One.com (sold to Cinven in 2018) and Abila (sold to Community Brands in 2017) . Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Jonathan was a Generalist M&A Analyst at MHT MidSpan. While at MHT MidSpan, Jonathan focused on buy-side and sell-side transactions in the middle market. Jonathan received a B.S. in Management Science, B.S. in Mathematics and a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
