Alissa Palatiello is a Principal at Accel-KKR focused on the firm’s credit investments. Prior to joining Accel-KKR in 2018, Alissa was a Vice President at Wells Fargo Capital Finance (“WFCF”), a subsidiary of Wells Fargo Bank and a leader in corporate and middle-market financing. During her 6 years at WFCF, Alissa originated and underwrote cash flow, enterprise value and asset-based credit facilities provided to borrowers in industries including software, clean-tech, ad-tech, transportation, manufacturing, retail and media. She has experience in equity sponsor-backed, public and founder-owned businesses with a variety of capital structures. Alissa completed both the financial analyst program and credit management training program at Wells Fargo. Alissa wrote articles published in The Secured Lender in 2013 and 2014. Alissa received her B.S. in Economics and Finance with a global perspectives concentration from Bentley University.
