Bio

Adam Malinowski is a Principal at Accel-KKR and joined the firm in 2010. Adam is focused on buyout and growth equity investments in Europe and the Americas. Adam is involved with Accel-KKR’s investments in Duett, IntegriChain, Kimble, Mavenlink, NAVTOR, Paymentus (NYSE: PAY), SugarCRM and Vitu. Previously, Adam has been involved in the firm’s investments in Episerver (sold to Insight Venture Partners for $1.2 billion in 2018), Applied Predictive Technologies (sold to MasterCard for $600 million in 2015), KANA Software (sold to Verint Systems for $514 million in 2014) and YourEncore. Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Adam worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley. While at Morgan Stanley, Adam was involved in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising advisory for corporate clients across sectors including software, Internet, communications equipment, semiconductors and renewable energy. Adam received a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
