Bio

Brad Johl founded Acacia Partners in 2011. Brad has over nine years of transaction experience with middle market companies both as a principal investor and as an adviser. Over the course of Brad’s career, he has closed and managed investments in companies with an aggregate enterprise value of over $800MM. Brad has diverse industry experience including consumer products, business services, niche manufacturing, specialty retail, and healthcare. Prior to founding Acacia Partners, Brad worked for the Esping Family Office, where he focused on both debt and equity investments in the lower-middle-market. Previously Brad worked at Fortress Investment Group, American Capital and Bear Stearns. Brad currently sits on the board of Questco Companies, Southern Towing Company and Syracuse’s Sausage Company. Brad is also a member of The University of Texas Chancellor’s Council Centurions program. Brad graduated with high honors from The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance and Business Honors.
