Bio

Michael leads on the design and direction of Acacia’s oversight of portfolio companies. Working with the other Acacia partners and company leadership, he ensures clarity of purpose and communication between Acacia and our executive teams on operational matters, and provides pre-acquisition operational diligence. With his background in complex operations, his experience allows Acacia to apply world class solutions to the challenges of integration, restructuring, risk mitigation, target setting and reporting. Prior to joining Acacia, Michael spent over 20 years as a senior leader within multinational organisations. He was an operations and strategic director with Atkins, a world-leading design, engineering and project management consultancy, and Executive Director of Operations, UK and Europe for global engineering and environmental group, Jacobs. Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Manchester.
