Frederic leads on deal execution and collaborates with senior colleagues on deal origination and capital raising. He plays a leading role in the operational oversight of portfolio companies for Acacia, with a particular focus on operational and cultural transformation. With over 10 years in M&A and operational leadership, he works as mentor and adviser to leaders across the portfolio, ensuring continuous alignment with Acacia’s leadership values, clarity on strategic direction and operational improvement, and collaboration on accretive M&A transactions and the effective integration of new acquisitions. Prior to Acacia, Fred worked with Acacia colleagues at Global Strategies Group, a US-focused buyout firm, where he played a leading role in the Group’s M&A strategy. He started his career as commercial litigation lawyer and is admitted to practice law in both Australia and England and Wales. Frederic has also been very active as a human rights lawyer and has served on the boards of a number of public and private companies and non-profit organizations. He graduated with an LLB and a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
