Bio

Sylwester focuses on generating and monitoring investments in Poland and the CE region for Abris. He is an experienced private equity professional who has operated in the Polish and CE markets for the last 10 years. During this time, he has been responsible for many projects throughout the entire investment process from sourcing, deal structuring, financing, supervision and monitoring, to the ultimate exit. Prior to joining Abris, Sylwester worked as an Investment Director at 21 Concordia, a Polish mid-market private equity firm, and before that as a Deputy Director for IK Investment Partners in London and Warsaw. He started his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a consultant and worked at Rothschild Polska as an investment banker. In his personal life, Sylwester eagerly travels with his family and enjoys multiple sports, including regular long-distance running. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics with a Master’s in Finance and Banking, and CFA charterholder. He is fluent in English.
