Bio

Antoine has been General Counsel at Abenex since 2007, helping to oversee the process of the management company becoming independent from ABN AMRO in 2008. He is responsible for all legal matters at Abenex, including for the funds and investments that Abenex manages, and leads the compliance and internal control functions. He also helps portfolio companies with various legally focused initiatives such as external growth, governance and structuring. Antoine is from Paris. For over eight years, he was both a lawyer at corporate law firms in New York and Paris, firstly at Richards Kibbe & Orbe and then at Latham & Watkins.
