Bio

Nick is an experienced entrepreneur and operator with a proven track record founding, growing, and ultimately exiting small businesses. Nick previously founded a research and consulting company, called Ivy Research Council (IRC), to advise some of the nation’s largest employers on their entry-level recruiting and young talent acquisition strategies. Starting with an initial membership of nine companies, IRC grew to serve 150+ Fortune 500 clients by the time Nick exited the company in 2019. Nick holds an undergraduate degree from Princeton University where he studied public policy and economics, graduating Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
