Bio

Shari is Head of Legal at 65 Equity Partners, based in Singapore. She joined 65 Equity Partners from Shearman & Sterling, where she advised on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions in both established and emerging markets. Prior to that, she co-founded an offshore international law firm in Singapore, and worked at Allen & Overy and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. She started her career at Clayton Utz in Australia. Shari holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the Australian National University. Shari is admitted to practice law in England and Wales, Hong Kong, Australia and the British Virgin Islands.
