Sandro is an Operating Partner of 4×4 Capital, Board Member and Member of the Executive Committee at 1440 Foods. Sandro has 20+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy and Commercial operational roles in FMCG across multiple markets. More recently he has acted as senior Board-level advisor on business transformation to both corporate and PE-backed businesses through Bain & Company, Carlyle Group and Continental Grain Company. Sandro has also previously acted as Board Member for Nestle Waters in Mexico. Sandro spent most of his career in AB-InBev where he held various leadership positions. His last position was Commercial Head for Europe as part of the team that transformed the business to step-change topline and bottom-line performance. Before that, Sandro led the M&A integration efforts for SAB and Grupo Modelo, leading to the delivery of over US$4bn in combined annual synergies. Sandro also held other positions in AB-InBev including Head of Global FP&A, CFO of Grupo Modelo, and Head of Global Revenue Management. Earlier in his career he was a project team leader for The Monitor Company (currently Monitor Deloitte), advising clients on strategic business design and configuration and M&A strategy. Sandro's expertise areas include M&A integration & divestitures / carve-outs, operational efficiency, strategic resource allocation and performance management.
