Cintia is 4x4 Capital’s General Counsel and Head of Compliance. Before that, she spent more than a decade at Natura & Co Group. The fourth largest cosmetic group in the world. At Natura & Co Group, Cintia was the North America Head of Legal and before that she was the Senior Corporate Governance Manager based out of NY. Prior to Natura, Cintia worked as an associate at Linklaters in São Paulo. Cintia earned her Masters in Law from Columbia Law School and is licensed to practice law both in NY and Brazil. She also earned a Professional Certificate in Business Finance Fundamentals and International Finance from New York University
