Alessandro Sperotto is an Operating Partner of 4×4 and member of the Executive Committee at 1440 Foods. Sperotto has almost 30 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain roles in the Food & Beverages industry. He worked for ABI for 29+ years where he held various leadership positions. His last position was Head of Global Vertical Operations, where he was responsible for 62 operations around the world, producing packaging and raw materials for ABI and 3rd party clients, with a P&L of US$4+bn on net revenue. Before that, Sperotto was head of Global Raw Material Procurement, where he was responsible for the raw material purchase for ABI, as well as for the agro origination programs around the world, working directly with farmers to produce the agricultural inputs ABI needs. Sperotto holds a B.S. in Agronomy from UPF and a Msc. In Agronomy from UFSM. He also holds and Executive MBA from IBMEC and Executive MBA from Insead and Wharton (Internal ABI program).
