With over 15 years of healthcare industry experience, Ms. McCalla-Taylor is a seasoned healthcare business leader and former owner operator. Her background includes healthcare services and staffing. She has held the position of President and CEO of a rehab staffing company that provides services to the medical industry. Her experience includes client development, sales, operations, business development, financial management, strategic business planning, and driving enterprise performance. Ms. McCalla-Taylor is a strong advocate for Minority and Women Owned Businesses and has served as President of the Orlando Chapter of Business and Professional Women (BPW). She holds B.S. and M.A. degrees from University of Central Florida in Communicative Disorders.
