Bio

As a Principal at Brook, Amit is responsible for originating and evaluating new deals, overseeing the due diligence process, and assisting portfolio companies with growth initiatives as they arise. Prior to joining Brook, Amit held corporate finance positions at Liberty Mutual, Constellation Brands, and Remy Cointreau, with responsibilities primarily focused in Corporate Development and Sales Finance. Academically, Amit has received his BA from Bentley University and his MBA from the University of Rochester.
