Bio

Sophia is a Director in the 3i Private Equity team, responsible for managing 3i's private equity funds, interacting with Limited Partners, new fundraising and co-investment activity. She also leads the Private Equity Sustainability initiative and works closely with both 3i deal teams and portfolio companies to deliver ESG and sustainability projects across Europe and the US. Sophia joined 3i in 2011 from the Royal Bank of Scotland and holds an honours degree in History from the University of Durham.
