Bio

Julien Marie is Chief Human Resources Officer and is a member of the Executive Committee. Julien has overall responsibility for the firm’s talent strategy, the HR operational support and the Human Resources team. He works across all geographies and Business lines. Prior to joining 3i, Julien worked at Bouygues Construction and Bouygues Telecom for six years. Julien has a degree in Politics from Sciences Po Paris and a MA in Human Resources from the University of Paris Pantheon-Assas.
