Bio

Jasi Halai is Chief Operating Officer. She was appointed to the Board in May 2022 and is a member of the Executive, Investment, Group Risk and ESG Committees. Jasi Joined 3i in 2005 and has held a variety of posts in the business, most recently as Group Financial Controller and Operating Officer. Prior to joining 3i, she worked for CDC Group (now British International Investment) and at Actis. Jasi is also non-executive director at Porvair Plc, is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds an MSc in investment management from the CASS Business School.
