Bio

Alastair is Head of Legal for 3i's Private Equity team, with responsibility for legal risk management and the provision of legal support for new investments, portfolio matters, exits and fundraising activities to 3i's international Private Equity business. Alastair joined 3i in 1998 from the law firm, Nabarro LLP, where he worked as an Associate specialising in international corporate M&A and private equity. He holds a BA joint honours degree in Economics & Law from Durham University and is qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales. Alastair is also vice chair of the BVCA Legal & Accounting Committee.
