Prior to joining 21 Concordia, André Mierzwa was Managing Partner of Concordia, which he founded in 1996 and where he completed a number of successful M&A transactions and advised Polish entrepreneurs and major international companies on business development in Poland. Prior to Concordia, André Mierzwa co-founded the Central European Trust in 1989, a strategic consulting firm based in Warsaw and London. André Mierzwa graduated from the Academy of Economics in Katowice, Poland and holds an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management in Phoenix, USA.
