Zoe Holland is Managing Director of ZebraLC™, the UKs leading technical due diligence, audit and consulting business focused on the legal sector. Zoe has built a national reputation as a technical due diligence specialist, assessing law firm WIP value, together with legal business risk profiling, and is valued for her technical brilliance, confidentiality and discretion. Strong focus within the personal injury sector, having been involved in a number of the sector’s highest profile M&A and bank funding projects. Using her background as a serious injury/clinical negligence lawyer together with management Board and finance experience. Zoe has advised leading personal injury firms including Iwrin Mitchell, Jackson Lees, Pattinson Brewer, Simpson Millar, Switalskis, Minster Law and Fletchers. Zoe has advised in some of highest profile deals in the legal services market, advising new entrants into the legal sector, such as North Edge Capital, Money Plus Group and the Co-Operative Group. Zoe has led the specialist projects team for clients such as US Funder Fortress Group LLC, Equistone, Money Plus Group and Irwin Mitchell. Bank clients include RBS, NatWest, HSBC and Yorkshire Bank. In 2014 Zoe was named ‘Outstanding Innovator of the Year’ at the Claims Innovation Awards, ‘Legal Entrepreneur of the Year’ at the Modern Law Awards, and in 2015 was a finalist in both the ‘Great British Entrepreneur Awards’ and Lloyds Bank ‘National Business Awards’. Zoe is a member of the Civil Justice Council, supporting the NIHL & Clinical Negligence Claimant Working Group.
