Zac has served as transaction counsel for deals ranging from $10,000 to over $250 million while he started, operated, and sold technology companies. Coming from a small town in Oklahoma, Zac enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife (and business partner, Lauren) and their young daughters. Whether traveling dirt roads on a gravel bike, hiking a steep trail, or paddling a fishing kayak, Zac is energized by spending time with nature.
