Raffi Brown represents hi-tech companies, startups, venture capital funds, private investors and entrepreneurs on a wide range of international corporate and commercial transactions, and provides ongoing legal advice concerning clients' business operations. Raffi has extensive experience leading and negotiating complex commercial transactions across the tech industry, including e-commerce, SaaS, Cyber & Defense, IT, Robotics, Life Sciences and Digital Media, and has represented companies and leading venture capital funds in equity financing transactions, technology incubators, restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Raffi received his LLB, from Bar Ilan University University in 2009 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2010.
