Stephen Pierce is the head of our national corporate team. He specialises in corporate finance work and, in particular, M&A and private equity transactions. He also advises on joint ventures and other shareholder arrangements, as well as corporate reorganisations and corporate governance and compliance issues. He regularly advises public and private corporates on a range of corporate transactions. He has a reputation for understanding what is important to clients on a particular deal and translating that into a focussed advice and a tailored approach. There are a number of clients where he supports them on all of their UK M&A activity.
