Nikolaus Paul heads the firm wide Banking & Finance team. Nikolaus specializes in financing transactions in Austria and the CEE/SEE region, focusing on infrastructure and real estate projects. In addition, he has outstanding experience in the field of investment funds (UCITS and AIF), including the establishment of multi-jurisdictional fund structures. Nikolaus completed his studies at the University of Vienna. He is the author of several publications in the area of financing, capital markets and investment funds and has lectured for many years at the University of Vienna, as well as the Private University of the Principality of Liechtenstein.
