Grzegorz Skowronski is partner at the Real Estate & Construction practice of Wolf Theiss Warsaw. Grzegorz has worked at international law firms as well as at a top-notch international trade developer and his experience gives him a full understanding of the real estate business. He acted as the lead lawyer in some of the top real estate transactions in recent years, with a particular focus on complex, multi-national and domestic portfolio deals, which are his professional passion. Some examples include: the sale of a 25-warehouse portfolio to an international investor, a last mile logistics portfolio valued over EUR 90 million, and an office portfolio valued over EUR 100 million. Grzegorz also advises clients within forward sale transactions, which involves strong elements of real estate development advisory between the sale and completion of the project, including development of historical sites. Grzegorz’s clients are international investment banks, investment funds but also international and domestic key developers on the Polish market.
